The 2024 Pro Bowl Schedule
The Pro Bowl Games in 2024 are scheduled for Thursday, February 1st, and Sunday, February 4th, across two days.
Live from 7:00 PM is the Pro Bowl Skills Show. At Central Florida University’s Nicholson Fieldhouse, until 8:30 PM today (ESPNN), February 1. The Sunday, February 4th, program will air on ESPN, ABC, Disney XD, ESPN+, and ESPN Deportes from 3-6 PM ET.
How will the Pro Bowl Games be formatted in 2024?
Sunday flag football games will start with cumulative scoring prior to Pro Bowl games.
Pro Bowl game scoring operates as follows:
Each skills competition winner receives three points added to their team’s overall score, which is made up of the points from the 11 skills competitions.
The points from skills contests and flag football games (which are contested on Sundays with four 12-minute quarters) will be totaled to decide the winner’s assembly for the 2024 Pro Bowl Games.
The winner’s assembly will be declared the Pro Bowl Games champion at the end of the flag football games.

Best Catch: Every conference in the Orlando area will feature a player (David Najoku or Puka Nakua) showcasing their talent, inventiveness, and inventiveness, pre-taped around the Best Catch. There will be three chances for each participant to secure their catch. The player with the highest votes for their conference will receive three points. Fans will vote online to choose their favorite catch.
Precision Passing: In order to strike targets and score points, each of the three quarterbacks in the conference—Gardner Minshew, C.J. Stroud, Tua Tagovailoa vs. Jalen Hurts, Baker Mayfield, Geno Smith—will engage in a one-minute accuracy challenge. Several objectives is ideal. The quarterback from each conference with the greatest score will try to score as many goals as he can in the second round.
Best distance to the pin: Five players from each assembly will compete in this golf accuracy event (AJ Cole, Kyle Hamilton, Alec Ingold, Rahim Mostert, Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah vs. Brian Anger, Jake Ferguson, Jaelon Johnson, Julian Love, Darius Slay). They will be teed off, trying to hit the ball as near to the hole as they can. Three points will be awarded to the winning assembly.
High stakes: Each player will try to catch a punt from a JUGS machine while starting with two footballs in hand. Each player advances to the following round and gets another chance to catch a football if they catch it without bringing anyone else down. The victor is the one who manages to catch the most footballs. Participants: Daron Blount, Nick Belor, Sam Laporta, Rashid Shahid, Devon Viderespoon versus Jarmen Johnson, Miles Kilbruew, Marvin Mims, Justin Simmons, and Denzel Ward.
Snap Shots: In the conference, there is a 45-second accuracy challenge in which each long snapper and center snap balls are thrown at a variety of targets with varying sizes and points. The player who scores the highest overall out of their three players, snapping from a distance of thirteen yards, wins the conference. Participants: Andrew Depaula, Jason Kels, Eric MacCoy versus Ryan Kelly, Taylor Lindbaugh, and Ross Matisik.
Four teams of seven players each compete in a multi-round classic dodgeball competition called Epic Pro Bowl Dodgeball. AFC Defense (Jahmir Gibbs, C.J. Ham, C.D. Lamb, D.K. Metcalf, Amon-Ra St. Brown, D’Andre Swift, Kieren Williams) will play NFC Offense (Josh Allen, Minkah Fitzpatrick, Saquon Barkley, Patrick Queen, Jalen Ramsey, Roquan Smith, Pat Surtain II) in the second game. AFC Offense (Keenan Allen, Jamar Chase, James Cook, Stephen Diggs, Ivan Engram, Derek Henry, Tyreek Hill) will play NFC Defense (Budda Baker, J.C. Betts, Demario Davis, Daniel Hunter, Mika Parsons, Bobby Wagner). Each game’s winner will receive three conference points.

Kick Tic Tac Toe: To demonstrate their skills, players from each team will engage in a fierce tic tac toe competition. The first kicker to strike five squares in total or complete three connecting lines will be deemed the winner and receive three points for their assembly. Participants: Brandon Auber vs. Justin Tucker.
Take Off the Chains: In this aggressive and defensive lineman strength and agility battle, strategy and teamwork are crucial. To lift a massive 3,000-pound wall and be the first team to pull a 2,000-pound wall past the finish line, each team of five players (Will Anderson, Terron Armstead, Miles Garrett, Laremy Tunsil, Kevin Zeitler vs. Demarcus Lawrence, Penny Sewell, Montez Sweat, Taylor Smith, Tristan Wirfs) must cooperate. The victor will receive
Gridiron Gauntlet: A full-field relay race through a difficult obstacle course showcases the athletic prowess of six AFC players (Will Anderson, Terron Armstead, DeForest Buckner, Trey Hendrickson, Wyatt Teller, Laremy Tunsil) and six NFC players (A.J. Epenesa, Demarcus Lawrence, Chris Lindstrom, Penny Sewell, Tristan Wirfs). They’ll have to crawl under doors and smash through walls among other challenges in order to make it to the field’s last sled push and take first place. Each race’s victorious squad will receive three points for their assembly.
Maiden NFL Head-to-Head: EA Sports will present the Maiden NFL Head-to-Head Pro Bowl Games for a record-breaking fourth year. In a matchup versus AFC players, two NFC players—Puka Nakua and Minkah Parsons—will represent and defend their titles.
Tug of War: This year’s competition highlights each player’s five-player collaboration, strength, and strategy. Players take turns trying to tug the rope in the direction of the other team while positioned above the foam pit. The match will be a best-of-three, with three points awarded to the winner who twice pushes the other team past the two marks. Participants: Brian Anger, Kenny Clark, Landon Dickerson, Lane Johnson, Chris Lindstrom vs. DeForest Buckner, AJ Cole, Dayo Odeyingbo, Quinton Nelson, and Wyatt Teller.
Flag Football Prow Bowl: In 2024, AFC hopes to win two straight seasons after falling to NFC 35–33 in 2023.
